The Illy Arabica Selection Brazil coffee is a homogeneous Arabica selection that has flavors and aromas characteristic of its region. Its beans come from the Cerrado Mineiro region, which is famous for its enormous biodiversity and specific microclimate.

The illy Arabica Selection Brazil Cerrado Mineiro is the first coffee in the world with a regenagri® certificate, i.e. coming from regenerative agriculture. It is the result of illycaffè's close cooperation with local coffee growers and the Brazilian federation of producers Cerrado Mineiro for more than 30 years.

Regenerative agriculture focuses on working with nature and mimicking natural ecosystems in the agricultural environment, allowing for effective nutrition of plants, naturally regenerating the soil and at the same time reducing CO2 emissions. Proper regenerative practices also protects the future productivity of the soil - shifting the main focus from plants to the soil, allows it to fertilize and strengthen its resistance to external factors. Farms with regenerative practices can benefit from higher and more stable yields and lower production costs.
